Refund Policy

Dear Customer,

Thanks for purchasing our products at Due to the nature of our business and the products we sell, food items that expire within 1 month from the day of purchase are not eligible for a refund.

For other items you feel did not meet your taste, you have to return the said item to us within 7 calendar days after reception. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All return cost is borne by the customer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We reserve all rights to refuse a refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

However, if your ordered products arrive at your doorstep damaged, rotten, or contaminated in any way, please contact us right away and we will be happy to send a free replacement regardless of its expiration date.
